Swissed Eggs
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Swiss chard
- Salt and Pepper
- Eggs
- Cheese, Goat cheese or other (Optional)
Directions:
In a cast iron skillet, melt a pat of butter, add in some diced swiss chard (stems first, then the leaves when the stems are softened). Add salt and pepper if desired. Don't overcook!
Place onto plate.
In the same skillet, add another pat of butter and fry an egg to your liking.
Top with goat cheese or your other favorite cheese!
